Lawsuits and boredom
Well below is the culmination of my OD entry for the day and this is the new stuff since I last wrote.
Well after writing the pre lawsuit get your act together letter I’m really agitated and pissed off. When I’m like that I am always at my best, I get things done, I seem to think shaper and clearer, and I want to clean.
I don’t know what to do with myself these days. I’m slowly sinking into my every two year depression (bad grammar I know, I just can’t think of the word I want at this moment) and it’s not a good thing. Of course it doesn’t help that I am dealing with complete dinks when it comes to electricians and it’s really upsetting me. I never call anyone dinks so you know what I truly think of them.
I was asked what my hobbies are, and well other than playing computer games I don’t really have any. The only reason I enjoy the computer so much is because I can change something easily when I get bored.
I have yet to find anything that truly drives me, or I enjoy doing.
I do need to write the theme of the week which is making me feel comforting or something like that. I’m going to go do some cleaning and then write it.
I have this amazing writing software that was supposed to help get my thoughts out, and well it truly is me who can’t write anymore. I can’t even come up with a decent plot, never mind any of the other stuff needed to write a good noncheap ass porn story.
Kitchen update day # 34 - well the kitchen lady wasn’t in today so I couldn’t get the info on the electrician however come Monday if I haven’t heard anything I’m going ahead and calling a lawyer. I may give them one last chance and tell them that if they haven’t fixed my wall within 7 days (of when I talk to the kitchen lady - or I may call boss man on Monday) then I am going to go ahead. Give them one last chance fix everything before it costs me more money. - The following is a letter I am going to send to the boss man on Monday so that I can make sure this shit gets done ASAP or I get something out of it.
Dear boss man;
I am writing to inform you of the list of items; which the electrician hired by you to do work on my house, has yet to complete 37 days after they were supposed to be completed. This does not include the damage to my property which has yet to be fixed.
I spoke with Irene on Tuesday May 24, 2005 and have yet to hear back. I am therefore brining my complaints and resolution.
Here is the list:
A previous electrical outlet that did work now does not, it is located next to the pantry.
There is a hole in my dining room wall which was cut unnecessarily. This was unneeded damage. It was supposed to be fixed two weeks ago by placing a cover over it. That was done improperly and I was told would be replaced by now. As of this point I am requesting that the hole be patched, and the wall painted to match the rest of the dining room.
The microwave trips the circuit breaker nearly 40 % of the time and this is unacceptable. I was told that it would be fixed by now and it has yet to be done.
The electrical socket the microwave plugs into is in an unsatisfactory place for multiple reasons. After speaking to a fire investigator and a fire chief I was told if a fire were to break out there is no safe way to turn off the microwave. I was also not asked where I wished to have the socket placed; it is not where I wanted it. Just because that is the “most common” place is not an excuse for not being asked what the customer wants.
The microwave shelf has a hole in it which if I wish to use it for anything else makes it unacceptable to do so. This is more unnecessary damage to my property because I was never consulted as to where I wished the outlet placed. I want the microwave cabinet replaced.
The light switch which was to be removed (and instead moved to my front hallway wall causing more unnecessary damage to my property) is still in my front hall wall, that is to be removed and the hole plastered over.
During the recent visit by the electrician, he chipped my ceramic cook top by placing a removed door and other items on the ceramic cook top. While it is not a serious chip, damage was done.
I do not trust the work done by the electrician (as so far it has proven substandard) and request an independent electrician to check the work after it is done and certify in writing that it is up to standards and if not repaired to proper standards.
I expect all of this work done for free as the electrician caused these problems, and I was never consulted or talked to at any time in regards to any of these issues.
This list is to be completed before Monday June 13th, 2005 as my lawyer is instructed to start legal proceedings on the 13th of June 2005 against the electrical company and anyone else who is deemed culpable. It was suggested that I give it one last attempt at resolving this personally before I proceed with a lawsuit.
The acts of these electricians reflect on yourself and the company as a whole. I suggest that you make a very strong case to whoever chooses subcontractors never to deal with this particular company again before they total destroy the reputation of the store and cost you clients or worse cause the store to undergo uncalled for lawsuits and cost the store money it would other wise not need to spend.

I had an interesting day, and it shows my mind isn’t quite working. I figured I would stay up (I got up at about 3 pm or so yesterday) and order chicken wings at 11 am when the polish place opens.
Well when the time came I didn’t want to order them because I suddenly felt guilty about ordering food while Steph is at work. Figure that one out, so I went to bed, and crashed until she got home.
She then kept me in a semi comatose state from about 2:45 until 7 when I finally got out of bed.
I did get my chicken wings for dinner and I was ripped off. I paid for 35 and got 34. LOL Chances are I just miscounted. I’m in fact sure I did.
Yep here I sit now playing neo pets and finally starting to understand it a bit I think. I’m making a total ass out of myself in the stock market. However it is (so I’ve heard) totally random because kids used to manipulate it. I guess that means my ability to do so is out the window. *shrugs*
A little useless fact. The Security and Exchange Commission (better known as the SEC) actually has a very small and unknown committee whose job it is to essentially manipulate the market. They are supposed to prevent a very sudden rise or fall of a stock by buying it up or selling it off. I already know no one will believe me but that’s fine.

I’ve become a neo pet addict.
Kitchen update day # 31 - nothing new to report in terms of work being done. I am however going to be calling the kitchen lady tomorrow and getting the name of the electrician, and informing her that if he isn’t here and all the work done by the end of the week that I’m calling my lawyer. 29 days after it was supposed to be done (two weeks since he said he would be back) and I’m furious. I actually tried not to think about it for a week just to give myself a mental break. Now that I have been the last day here is a list of what was supposed to be done 29 days ago, or at least within the last two weeks that hasn’t:
move the plug for the microwave
fix the plug for the microwave since it blows about 50 % of the time I use it
fix the electrical socket which does not work
finish removing the light switches (there were two to take out, and he only took out one after cutting holes in my wall and moving them)
replace the full cover with a cream one (where he cut a hole in my wall unnecessarily) - if I sue I’m getting them to paint my whole main floor rather than just put a cover on. The cover was going to go there since I’m planning to get the main floor done at some point, I could live with it for now the way it is. IF the damn cover wasn’t a massive white eyesore in a sea of cream colour. What the hallways the electrician thinking when all my other covers are cream? Dumbass puts on a white one.
I understand that things like ordering floor takes time and that I’m not upset about as it has been about 2 weeks and they told me about a month. That’s fine, I don’t care but the painting, tiling, and finishing the cupboards can’t get done until the electrical. I’m sick of playing games and anyone who has messed with me know that once I decide enough is enough I don’t stop until I have their head as a trophy on my wall.
Okay so the past 4 hours or so I have been neo petting it. If anyone here has a neo pet please help me. I feel so lost in the world of neotripia or whatever it’s called. This is a dangerous site for me being such a big fan of useless places on the internet to waste my time.
Other than that nothing really exciting went on today. I got up, ate, spent a few moments with Steph and when she went to bed, came on here and well been on ever since. LOL damn neo pets.
I have been feeling very out of sorts lately, not able to put the proverbial pen to paper very well, or even speak for that matter.
I’ve been thinking a lot of this weeks theme of the week as I promised myself I’ll write them all until I get my brain back on some sort of normal track.
Thankfully a lot of my overly frustrated days have seemed to pass; I’m only minorly annoyed by certain things again.
I guess it’s time to go update my daily audio video blog and see if I can find a good one today.

Update on the phone call game. I need your help please!

I don’t feel like a slum lord anymore…
I did some work on my degu cage. You can see the pictures of the redone cage at my blog
Now that I have the degu cage fixed up a little bit I don’t quite feel like a slum lord anymore. While I love my 2 girls I wasn’t replacing their old toys or treats as they got worn out and used up. Well I did that today, and their cage looks nice and full of things to do again.
After the initial shock of being bounced around and a strange arm reaching in the cage and doing this they have recovered and are running around, playing, chewing, and destroying everything they can get their little hands on.
I was told today that they love to throw things. I have never seen mine do that. I do know that they love to run around with things and hide them, and destroy things.
I just hope that the fishbowl works as a sand bath house for the degus. It is only temporary though until the spa is made.
That is the next step and one I have to fully figure out now. It’s time to build the degu spa. It will be trumpesk in design and grander.
