I was born in the wrong time

I was born in the wrong time

17/9/05

I was born in the wrong era.  I should have been born about 40 to 50 years earlier.

It was a simpler time, more fun, society wasn't as screwed up value wise, and people were generally all around nicer.

Yea to grow up during the war years would have been hard, but no harder than they are in the terrorism years.

Entertainment was much better.

Long gone are the Bogart’s, the Rat Pack, music that was music, movies that didn't rely on sex, violence, and special effects to make it,

People carried themselves with class, and honour, loyalty, were spoken with true meaning.

People had substance to them, depth, characters to be admired.

It was also a huge time of social change.

Sadly that was the height of our species.

From the 50's (even earlier) is when we began being raped mentally and made into what we are today, not by accident but by careful and incredibly slow manipulation.

I would give any thing to go back in time and help to stop it.

Very few people know that the US Federal Reserve is not a US Government agency, that it is actually owned by a group of international banking houses.

No one wants to know that now a days.  They simply don't care.

It is more important to know the cheat codes for San Andreas, or every moment of Britney Spears child birth.

It is politically correct to watch CNN and take their reports as truth rather than to use your own brain.

I was shocked at how many people were indifferent to the fact that some on OD is using Ashleigh Banfields name to promote absurd and disgusting propaganda.

We have as people been conditioned to not care about things that are truly important and worry about things that have no impact on our lives.  Yet I bet those people would be pissed to no end if it was their names being used to say the things that are being said.

It is a sad and disturbed world we live in today.  Most people only care about the sugar coating and don't taste what it really tastes like.
