Book review - Triple H Making the Game
4 of 5 stars
The life of a WWE superstar mixed in with tips and tricks for building your dream body or just getting in shape.
It is a superb read as a fitness manual. It offers a variety of exercises, tips for exercise and weight loss, and motivational thoughts.
As a book about Triple H, a superstar of WWE’s flagship TV programme Raw. It takes you through the life and career of a charismatic person people love to hate. After reading this book you find yourself with a different view of not only HHH but the man who plays him.
You experience the person, not the character; it breaks down myths, in a very simple way explains how the wrestling industry works and has evolved over the years. Even has a few dirty secrets thrown in.
All in all I really enjoyed it. It’s a nice light quick reading for a rainy day, or can be used as a serious training manual.
